Touring the home together, we will take photographs and offer recommendations that will transform the overall appearance and buyer appeal of your property. The homeowner may choose to take their own notes during the verbal walk-through evaluation. Approx. 2 Hours ($50 credit applied to future services) $150.00
Consultation & Written Evaluation
After our initial visit and consultation, we will create a customized Staging Priority Report (SPR) concentrating on the key areas of your home to maximize the most return on investment. We will provide this comprehensive report along with our preferred vendor list so you can outsource any additional contracted work needing to be done. $200.00
Do-It-Yourself DIY Strategic Staging Roadmap
After visiting your home, taking pictures and notes, we will prepare a comprehensive, easy to understand, room-by-room, extensive 30+ page personalized handbook detailing the actions needed to transform your house into a buyers dream home. $300.00
Certified Professional Staging Services -- ALL Central Indiana Staging services begin with an initial in home Consultation
Half Day Staging Central Indiana Staging consultants will work together with the home seller to redesign key areas using the homeowner's furniture and accessories. Upon buyers approval, Central Indiana Staging will rent out appropriate accessories to finish the homes overall look. A "Top Ten Priority Report" will be provided to the homeowner to complete the areas needing additional staging. Quote
Full Day Staging We will work the entire day to totally transform the seller's home. Areas will be edited and arranged to show off the best features and play down trouble spots. Upon sellers' approval, Central Indiana Staging will rent appropriate accessories to finish the homes transformation. Before finishing the home, we will leave our recommendations of any unstaged areas. Quote
New Listing/Open House Staging This service is perfect for all New Listings and Open Houses in order to make a great first impression! We will schedule up to two days to change the property into a buyers dream! Central Indiana Staging will rent any necessary home accessories to finish the homes overall buyers appeal.
